OSP or Okuma Sampling Path has been around since 1963, and it represents a digital map of what the machine is setup to do over and over again. Okuma CNC Controller display is a very important part of the machine. This is the output that the operator can see and use to control what the machine is doing. Imagine if you could not see the monitor on your PC, that would make it very hard to operate your device. Okuma OSP machines used the 1963 cutting edge technology available to display the digital path on a CRT screen. This style of monitor (CRT) is now outdated and are no longer being produced. They are being replaced by a much more reliable and low voltage Flat Panel LCD screens. The machine shops do not want to replace a big heavy Okuma OSP CNC just because the display has stopped working. The solution is simple, replace the broken display. Monitech and their affiliated Resellers have a large inventory of many different Okuma Monitor in stock in Canada and USA ready for delivery.
